A deliciously thick and creamy layer of milk chocolate topped with swirls of pink-dyed white chocolate, and finished off with some pretty sprinkles. The most gorgeous bark for Valentine’s Day!

Add the white chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.

Stir in enough food colouring to reach desired shade. Set aside.

Melt the milk chocolate in the same way you melted the white chocolate.

Pour onto the prepared baking tray, and spread out into a large rectangle.

Drizzle the pink chocolate on top and use a toothpick to swirl the two mixtures together.

Top with the sprinkles, then allow the chocolate to set at room temperature, or in the fridge.
