Deliciously soft, thick and chewy cookies that are made from a cake mix, and stuffed full of chocolate chips. These easy cake mix cookies only require 4 simple ingredients, too!
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto the prepared baking tray. For looks, top with a few extra chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. The cookies will be VERY soft, but will firm up as they cool.
Allow to cool on the baking tray for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Cookies stay fresh, kept in an airtight container, at room temperature for up to 1 week.Cookie dough balls can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days, or frozen for up to 3 months. Bake straight from frozen.
