14oz(400g) high quality dark chocolatecoarsely chopped
¾cup(170g) unsalted buttercubed
¼cup(90g) golden syrup, corn syrup, honey, or agave
200gdigestive biscuitsbroken into pieces (you can use graham crackers, shortbread cookies, or any other)
1cup(60g) mini marshmallows
Instructions
Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil or parchment paper, and set aside.
In a heat-proof bowl over a pan of simmering water, melt the chocolate, butter, and golden syrup. Remove from the heat, and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Stir in the biscuits, and then the marshmallows. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, and refrigerate until set - about 2 - 3 hours, or overnight.
Cut into slices and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored, covered, in the fridge for up to 4 weeks. It also freezes well for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
