Ingredients
396gwhite chocolatechopped
57gWilton Candy Melts
Cadbury Mini Eggs
White chocolate chips
Instructions
Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and set aside.
Microwave 8oz/226g of the white chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper, and spread out into a large rectangle.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes until just set.
Microwave the rest of the white chocolate with the Candy Melts, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. Let cool for 5 - 10 minutes before pouring onto the white chocolate, and spreading out to the edges.
Sprinkle with Mini Eggs and white chocolate chips, then allow to set at room temperature.
Break into pieces, and enjoy!
Notes
Bark can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. It also freezes well for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
