A smooth and creamy mousse that is loaded with peanut butter flavour, and is only made with 4 simple ingredients. Makes for a very quick and delicious dessert that everyone will love!
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and icing sugar until smooth and combined. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
In thirds, gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
Transfer the mousse into your desired serving bowls or glasses, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
If desired, top with chopped nuts or chocolate shavings before serving.

This mousse can be covered and stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.It also freezes well for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
