(480g) Greek-style yogurt

teaspoon
vanilla extract

tablespoons
honey

(100g) fresh strawberries
sliced

cup
(25g) fresh blueberries
¼
cup
(30g) granola
Instructions
Line a rimmed baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, vanilla, and honey until combined.
Pour onto the prepared baking tray and spread out into an even layer.
Top with the strawberries, blueberries, and granola.
Place the baking tray in the freezer until the yogurt is frozen - about 3 hours.
Cut into pieces and enjoy cold.
Notes
Leftover bark can be kept in an airtight container and stored in the freezer for up to 2 - 3 months.
