Ingredients you’ll need

Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need to make this bark. You can find my recipe card at the bottom of this post for the complete list with their amounts.

  • Greek-style yogurt: Full-fat is best for the creamiest bark.
  • Vanilla extract: For flavour.
  • Honey: For sweetness.
  • Strawberries: Sliced.
  • Blueberries
  • Granola: Choose your favourite granola.

How to make Frozen Yogurt Bark

To make this bark, simply grab a medium mixing bowl and whisk together the yogurt, vanilla, and honey until combined.

Pour onto a rimmed baking tray lined with parchment paper, and spread out into an even layer.

Top with the strawberries, blueberries, and granola.

Place the baking tray in the freezer until the yogurt is frozen – about 3 hours.

Cut into pieces and enjoy cold.

The printable recipe card with the FULL list of ingredients and instructions can be found at the bottom of this post.

NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements.

Cup measurements are simply not accurate enough, and I cannot guarantee the best results if you use them.
