½cup(125g) silken tofuI used Clearspring Silken & Smooth
½of small bananasliced and frozen
½cup(50g) hot chocolate powder or Nesquik
¾cup(220g) Greek-style yogurt
½cup(120ml) almond milk
1sachet (17g) cappuccino, I used Nescafe Gold
2tablespoonshoney, maple syrup, or agave
Instructions
Place the tofu, banana, hot chocolate powder, yogurt, milk, coffee, and honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk if too thick for your liking.
