Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or foil. Set aside
Add the almond butter, coconut oil, and honey into a microwave-safe bowl, and heat until melted.
Add the oats, Rice Krispies, nuts, salt, and cinnamon, and mix until combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan. Cover and freeze before slicing into bars - about 1 - 2 hours. Drizzle with dark chocolate if desired.

These bars can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. They also freeze well for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight before serving.
