Velvety smooth and creamy chocolate that is packed full of digestive biscuits and mini marshmallows. Super quick and easy to make, and only requires 5 ingredients!
¼cup(90g) golden syrup, corn syrup, honey, or agave
200gdigestive biscuitsabout 14 biscuits, broken into pieces
1 ½cups(90g) mini marshmallows
Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Place the chocolate, butter, and golden syrup into a large microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.
Stir in the digestive biscuits and marshmallows until fully coated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread out evenly. Refrigerate until set - about 2 - 3 hours, or overnight.
Cut into bars and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 month. They also freeze well for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
