This Chocolate Avocado Banana Pudding is:

  • deliciously thick and creamy
  • packed full of flavour
  • healthy and nutritious
  • suitable for vegans

How long will this chocolate avocado pudding last? I recommend serving it the day it is made. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Can you taste the avocados in this pudding? The bananas, cocoa powder and sweetener do a great job at masking the taste of avocado. You can add more sweetener to your taste if needed.

  1. I made this pudding using all of the ingredients and I made a cup of Keto whipped cream and served in layers (parfait style) in small see-thru dessert dishes. Delicious … so creamy! Decadent tasting and so pretty looking!

  2. This is really good. Would be a little healthier until I put a big old squirt of whip cream on top. End of story. Good way to use avocados and bananas.

  3. This was delicious! To me, it’s still high in calories. Which is my problem, I need to eat less calories. But if I’m going to eat dessert, it may as well be delicious and healthy! Followed to a T and it’s yummy.
