Ingredients you’ll need
Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need to make this bark. You can find my recipe card at the bottom of this post for the complete list with their amounts.
- Milk chocolate: High quality chocolate that you enjoy eating on its own. You can also use semi-sweet chocolate.
- Peanut butter chips: I used Reese’s Peanut Butter Baking Chips.
- Mini peanut butter cups: I used Reese’s but you can use whichever you like.
How to make Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark
Add the chocolate to a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth. Set aside.
Melt the peanut butter chips in the same way you melted the chocolate.
TIP: If the peanut butter is a little thick, or becomes stiff, stir in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Pour the chocolate onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and spread out into a large rectangle.
Dollop the peanut butter mixture on top, using as much or as little as you want.
Use a toothpick to swirl the two mixtures together, then top with Mini Peanut Butter Cups.
Allow to set at room temperature or in the fridge. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!
The printable recipe card with the FULL list of ingredients and instructions can be found at the bottom of this post.
NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements.
Cup measurements are simply not accurate enough, and I cannot guarantee the best results if you use them.
