Easy Chocolate Fudge – Incredibly easy and deliciously creamy chocolate fudge that only requires 4 ingredients to make!

I absolutely love fudge. Especially if it’s chocolate fudge.
Today, I bring you a quick and easy recipe for Chocolate Fudge. This fudge only requires 4 ingredients, and you only need one bowl and a spatula!
How to make Easy Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients you’ll need:
- chocolate: Use your favourite chocolate! The one you love to eat on its own. That could be milk chocolate, dark, or even semi-sweet. You may even use two types of chocolate.
- unsalted butter
- sweetened condensed milk
- vanilla extract
Place the chocolate and butter into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.
Stir in the condensed milk and vanilla until combined. The mixture will become very thick at this point.
Spread the mixture into an 8×8-inch square baking pan lined with foil or parchment paper, and smooth out the top. Refrigerate for 2 – 4 hours or overnight until completely set before cutting into pieces.
The printable recipe card with the full list of ingredients, their measurements, and instructions can be found at the bottom of this post.
NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements. Cup measurements are simply not accurate enough, and I cannot guarantee the best results if you use them.

Can you use chocolate chips instead of chocolate blocks?
Yes, just make sure to use good quality chocolate chips.
I did this and the mixture split it seams like it over mixed, I think you should make it clear that you shouldn’t over mix! Very disappointed 🙁
Is it okay to add chopped pecans? If so, how much? Thank you!
Of course! You can add up to 1 cup (125g) of chopped nuts. Enjoy! 🙂

I like to use milk or semi-sweet (Lindt or local shop brand), but you can totally use dark if you enjoy it 🙂
