Ingredients you’ll need

Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need to make this fudge. You can find my recipe card at the bottom of this post for the complete list with their amounts.

  • White chocolate: Choose the highest quality white chocolate that you would enjoy eating on its own. Chocolate is the main ingredient, so quality and flavour is everything in this recipe.
  • Vanilla extract: For added flavour.
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Oreos: You’ll need 12 Oreo cookies to fold into the mixture, and a few extra for topping.

How to make White Chocolate Oreo Fudge

To make this fudge, simply start by placing the white chocolate into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heating in 20 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.

Stir in the vanilla extract, then the sweetened condensed milk until almost combined. Fold in the chopped Oreos. The mixture will be VERY thick at this point.

Spread the mixture into an 8×8-inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper, and smooth out the top. Top with extra chopped Oreos, then refrigerate for 2 – 4 hours or overnight until completely set.

TIP: Speed up the chill time. Pop the pan in the freezer for 1 hour, and your fudge will be set and ready to cut up into pieces. For neater slices, heat up a sharp knife in hot water, dry, then slice the fudge. Repeat after every slice.

The printable recipe card with the FULL list of ingredients and instructions can be found at the bottom of this post.

NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements.

Cup measurements are simply not accurate enough, and I cannot guarantee the best results if you use them.

there are Mint (green) Oreos out there and red Oreos that you can use to make it even more "Christmasy" . The Mint Oreos make the fudge taste kind of like a peppermint patty or chocolate after dinner mint.

This looks absolutely delicious, I might try making some and leaving in the canteen at work for my colleagues to eat. But I couldn't help but notice, your photos don't seem to show the white cream that holds Oreos together, did you scrape this off and not include it?

Thank you, James! I included the Oreo cream, it's just hard to tell next to the colour of the fudge :)

64 bite-sized pieces of fudge. You can cut them up into bigger pieces, but fudge is quite rich. Enjoy! :)
