Raspberry Lemonade

Raspberry Lemonade – Deliciously cool and refreshing raspberry lemonade made with fresh raspberries and lemons. Perfect for hot summer days!

Right now, it’s pretty hot here in the UK, so I’ve been craving a cool, refreshing drink that can be made at home and is super easy to throw together. Today’s recipe is just that. I bring you my deliciously simple and refreshing Raspberry Lemonade!

You only need 4 ingredients to make this deliciously refreshing Raspberry Lemonade.

Ingredients for Raspberry Lemonade:

  • fresh raspberries
  • fresh lemon juice
  • sparkling water
  • caster/granulated sugar
  • ice cubes, to serve

Simply blend the raspberries until smooth, then strain them through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher. Add the lemon juice and water, and stir to combine. Add sugar to taste. Serve and top with ice cubes, if desired!

Raspberry Lemonade

Deliciously cool and refreshing raspberry lemonade made with fresh raspberries and lemons. Perfect for hot summer days!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz (165g) fresh raspberries
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, to your taste
  • 3 cups (720ml) sparkling water, chilled
  • 1/4 cup (50g) caster/granulated sugar, or to taste
  • Ice cubes, to serve

Instructions

  1. Add the raspberries to a blender, and blend until smooth. Press through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, and discard the seeds and pulp. Add the lemon juice and sparkling water, and stir to combine.
  2. Stir in the sugar until combined. Add more to your taste, if desired.
  3. Pour into glasses, and top with ice cubes. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe makes 2 large drinks, or 4 smaller drinks.

HI this recipe looks so thirst quenching . I have one little question to ask. Could you use sweetner instead of caster or granulated sugar as I am on a healthy eating program and I have to cut down on my suger intake. Please could you let me know. IRIS.
