If you’re a big s’mores fan (like me!), then this fudge recipe is for you.

Deliciously thick and creamy chocolate fudge that is stuffed full of mini marshmallows and crushed digestive biscuits/graham crackers.

This fudge is so quick and easy to throw together – you’ll have it chilling in the fridge in under 20 minutes. You also only need 5 simple ingredients, and it’s completely no-bake!

Ingredients you’ll need

Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need to make this fudge. You can find my recipe card at the bottom of this post for the complete list with their amounts.

  • Chocolate: High quality milk, dark, or semi-sweet chocolate. I used a combination of milk and dark chocolate.
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Digestive biscuits/graham crackers: Crushed into pieces.

How to make S’mores Fudge

To make this fudge, simply add the chocolate to a large microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.

Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until almost combined.

Fold in the mini marshmallows and crushed biscuits. The mixture will be VERY thick at this point.

Spread the mixture into an 8×8-inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper, and smooth out the top. Top with extra crushed biscuits, if desired.

Refrigerate for 2 – 4 hours or overnight until completely set. Alternatively, you can freeze for 1 hour. Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 18 oz (525g) chocolate*, coarsely chopped
  • 1 can (14oz/397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup (25g) mini marshmallows
  • 5 – 6 digestive biscuits/graham crackers, crushed

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Place the chocolate into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until almost combined.
  • Fold in the marshmallows and crushed biscuits. The mixture will be very thick.
  • Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, and smooth out the top. Top with extra crushed biscuits, if desired.
  • Refrigerate for 2 – 4 hours or overnight until completely set. Alternatively, you can freeze for 1 hour. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
