Ingredients you’ll need
Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need to make this fudge. You can find my recipe card at the bottom of this post for the complete list with their amounts.
- Nutella: Or any other hazelnut chocolate spread.
- Chocolate: You can use milk, dark, or semi-sweet.
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Vanilla extract
How to make Nutella Fudge
To make this fudge, simply place the Nutella and chocolate into a large microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until combined. The mixture will be very thick.
Spread the mixture into an 8×8-inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper, and smooth out the top. Refrigerate for 2 – 4 hours or overnight until completely set.
To speed up the chill time, you can place the pan of fudge in the freezer instead for about 1 hour.
To make the top of the fudge look more smoother, run over the top with a hot spoon. Try sprinkling with crushed nuts for looks (and added crunch!) too.
The printable recipe card with the FULL list of ingredients and instructions can be found at the bottom of this post.
NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements.
Cup measurements are simply not accurate enough, and I cannot guarantee the best results if you use them.
This Nutella Fudge is:
- super quick and easy to throw together
- deliciously rich and creamy
- LOADED with Nutella flavour
- the perfect treat for sharing and gift-giving
- the BEST fudge recipe for Nutella lovers
How long will this fudge last? This fudge can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 – 3 weeks.
Can I freeze this fudge? Yes! This fudge also freezes well for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.
Can I add other ingredients to this fudge recipe? Sure. You can try adding chopped nuts to the mixture for added crunch, or even just topping off the fudge with a sprinkle of crushed nuts.
When left at room temperature for too long, this fudge will become quite soft and melty to the touch. I highly recommend keeping it refrigerated when not being served.

I made your recipe last year at Christmas and I'm definitely making it again. It was sooo yummy. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet like so many other fudge recipes. Plus so simple! 10/10 totally recommend.

Although I rarely have fudge but Nutella flavor is something I'd love to eat more. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
