This bark consists of a thick and creamy layer of white chocolate that is FULL of Oreo crumbs, and is then topped off with even more Oreos.

A quick and easy recipe that only requires two simple ingredients, and makes for the perfect edible gift or sweet treat to enjoy at any time.

Ingredients you’ll need

Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need to make this bark. You can find my recipe card at the bottom of this post for the complete list with their amounts.

  • White chocolate: Choose a good quality white chocolate that you enjoy eating on its own. Flavour is everything here.
  • Oreos: We will be using a combination of crushed Oreos (to mix into the chocolate), and whole Oreos (for topping).

How to make White Chocolate Oreo Bark

To make this bark, simply add the white chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.

Add the crushed Oreos and mix until combined.

Pour the mixture onto a large baking tray lined with parchment paper, and spread out into a thick rectangle.

Top with extra Oreos – some whole, some halved, and some crushed.

Allow the chocolate to set in the fridge. Once completely set, break into pieces, and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 14 oz (410g) white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 5 whole Oreos, crushed to fine crumbs
  • Oreos, for topping

Instructions

  • Line a large baking tray with parchment paper, and set aside.
  • Add the white chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.
  • Add the crushed Oreos and mix until combined.
