Ingredients you’ll need
Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need to make this bark. You can find my recipe card at the bottom of this post for the complete list with their amounts.
- White chocolate: Choose a good quality white chocolate that you enjoy eating on its own. Flavour is everything here.
- Oreos: We will be using a combination of crushed Oreos (to mix into the chocolate), and whole Oreos (for topping).
How to make White Chocolate Oreo Bark
To make this bark, simply add the white chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.
Add the crushed Oreos and mix until combined.
Pour the mixture onto a large baking tray lined with parchment paper, and spread out into a thick rectangle.
Top with extra Oreos – some whole, some halved, and some crushed.
Allow the chocolate to set in the fridge. Once completely set, break into pieces, and enjoy!
The printable recipe card with the full list of ingredients, their measurements, and instructions can be found at the bottom of this post.
NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements. Cup measurements are simply not accurate enough, and I cannot guarantee the best results if you use them.
