White Chocolate Oreo Truffles

White Chocolate Oreo Truffles – Deliciously creamy and fudgy Oreo truffles dipped in white chocolate, and sprinkled with Oreo crumbs. No-bake and only 3 ingredients!

White Chocolate Oreo Truffles

I love Oreos, and pretty much all recipes that include Oreos. Have you checked out my Chocolate Bundt Cake that is stuffed full of Oreos? One of my favourite cakes! I also love the simpler recipes too, like these Oreo truffles.

Last time, I brought you my White Chocolate Easter Bark, and today I’m bringing you something just as easy, and quick to make – and these are also no-bake. Delicious creamy, fudgy Oreo truffles dipped in white chocolate, and sprinkled with Oreo crumbs.

The perfect little treat!

How to make White Chocolate Oreo Truffles

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • Oreos: You’ll need 40 in total.
  • Cream cheese
  • White chocolate

To make these truffles, simply use a food processor to pulse the Oreos into fine crumbs.

Remove 1/4 cup of the crumbs and set aside. These will be for sprinkling on top of the truffles.

Mix the cream cheese into the remaining crumbs. The mixture will be quite sticky. Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls, and place them onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.

TIP: If the mixture is too sticky to roll, lightly coat your hands in cocoa powder to make the process easier.

Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, place back on the baking tray, and sprinkle with the reserved Oreo crumbs. Refrigerate until set.

The printable recipe card with the FULL list of ingredients and instructions can be found at the bottom of this post.

NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements.

Cup measurements are simply not accurate enough, and I cannot guarantee the best results if you use them.

How do you dip and set the balls without it getting messy, or the chocolate seizing?

Hi Marsha,

I'm planning on doing these as Wedding favours for my Wedding in 4 weeks - do you know if they can they be frozen if I do them in advance? (Sorry if it's a silly question!)

Thank you!

Elle
