An adaptation to my no-bake chocolate peanut butter bars, today I bring you No-Bake White Chocolate Nutella Bars. Another quick and easy recipe you’ll want to make again and again!

How to make No-Bake White Chocolate Nutella Bars

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • unsalted butter
  • icing/powdered sugar
  • Nutella
  • white chocolate

To make these bars, simply mix together the melted butter, icing sugar, and Nutella until fully combined. Press the mixture into an 8×8-inch square baking pan lined with aluminium foil.

Add the white chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 20 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth. Pour over the Nutella layer, and spread out evenly.

Refrigerate until set – about 2 – 4 hours. Cut into bars and enjoy!

The printable recipe card with the FULL list of ingredients and instructions can be found at the bottom of this post.

NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements.

Cup measurements are simply not accurate enough, and I cannot guarantee the best results if you use them.

These No-Bake White Chocolate Nutella Bars are:

  • super quick and easy to make
  • deliciously thick and creamy
  • loaded with Nutella flavour
  • perfect for us chocolate lovers!

How long will these bars last? These bars stay fresh stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Can I freeze these bars? Yes! They freeze well for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge.

I would wrap them individually in parchment paper or foil, keep in an airtight container, and freeze them for up to 2 months. Enjoy! :)
