Ingredients you’ll need

Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need to make this fudge. You can find my recipe card at the bottom of this post for the complete list with their amounts.

  • White chocolate: Your favourite good quality chocolate, as flavour is everything in this recipe.
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Vanilla extract: For a little extra flavour.
  • Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups: Cut into halves. You’ll need one 8 oz (226g) bag.

How to make Peanut Butter Cup Fudge

To make this fudge, simply grab a large microwave-safe mixing bowl and add the white chocolate. Heat in 20 second intervals, stirring after each one, until melted and smooth.

Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until almost combined.

Fold in about 3/4 of the chopped peanut butter cups. The mixture will become very thick.

Spread the mixture into an 8×8-inch square baking pan lined with parchment paper, and smooth out the top.

Top with the remaining peanut butter cup pieces.

Refrigerate for 2 – 4 hours or overnight until completely set. Alternatively, you can freeze for 1 hour. Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy!

NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements.

Cup measurements are simply not accurate enough, and I cannot guarantee the best results if you use them.
